The Fox Valley Literacy Coalition incorporated on International Literacy Day, September 8, 1990. With our partner program, Literacy Education Services, we provide English literacy education to adults with the help of trained volunteers. We serve the residents of Outagamie, Calumet, and Waupaca Counties.







The Fox Valley Literacy Coalition:

  • promotes literacy awareness
  • publicizes the availability of literacy services
  • recruits and train volunteer tutors
  • matches tutors with interested and motivated students
  • arranges for convenient tutoring locations
  • provides for small group and classroom instruction
