•Raffle: As part of the fundraiser, we are asking each exhibitor to donate an item to be used in our raffle at the Fair. Funds raised from the raffle will benefit Fox Valley Literacy Council. Please provide us with a description of your donation below: •Deadline for receipt of your application and payment is Tuesday, August 15th. •Space sizes are all 10x10 ft. •Vendor booth fee is $40 and is tax deductible. •Please make checks payable to Fox Valley Literacy Council and send them to: Fox Valley Literacy Council

•Payment is non-refundable. •All goods for sale must be handmade. •All applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. •All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, etc. •This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium. •All participants are required to stay until 4:00pm. Please do not break down early. •Set up begins at 7:30am and must be completed by 9:30am. •There is NO SMOKING at the Fair. This includes e-cigarettes. •Be kind to your neighbors.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to these requirements. By violating any of these requirements, you can be asked to leave the Fair without refund, and may be forfeiting future participation in The Thompson Center and FVLC events.
